By downloading, installing, or using the BodyIO mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hope Lab Innovations LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
BodyIO is a personal health and wellness tracking application that allows users to log water intake, bowel movements, medication schedules, and related health data. The App is designed for personal informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use BodyIO. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
BodyIO offers a premium subscription ("BodyIO Premium") that unlocks additional features. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

BodyIO is a personal tracking tool and is not a medical device. The information logged in the App is for your personal reference only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in BodyIO.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by Hope Lab Innovations LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
BodyIO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information in the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hope Lab Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for BodyIO Premium in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Your continued use of BodyIO after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
